Help... catback problem

My friend put a catback in his civic with no cat. The check engine light turned on, the car is running more rich than before and I think that is running slower too.
I hope you can help me.

you need a MIL elminator or a 02 simulator....there are many kinds you can get. Serch the forum there are about 3943843943 threads about them.
