Is it worth it......
ighty, i bought my header about 6 months ago and it has been sitting in my closet since then. i wanted to put it on but i did not know whether or not it is worth it to put it on since i do not have a down pipe/hi-flow cat......any thoughts (besides i am a retard for letting it just sit there)?!?!?

welp, there's some DIY floating around for header install.
what kind did you buy and for what car model?
basically you remove the two spring bolts from the BOTTOM of the car.. jack the front of the car up a bit if you want to have more remove.. unbolt the bottom two spring bolts that connects header to downpipe.
unbolt them alternatively (as in, unscrew a bit for the one on the left.. then do a bit for the one on the right - the spring in the bolts gives the tension...)
then open engine bay, get the 2 bolts on top and 1 bolt on bottom of heatshield.. remove heatshield...
take out the 4 nuts.. and get an extension so you can get the one on the far right.
now reinstall in reversal order.
remember when you put back on the bolts on the bottom, to bolt it back on alternatively, so that the spring will give correct tension.
um, also remember to transfer the gasket between the header and downpipe.
what else.. make sure u torque all bolts to correct specs.
you can search more on the torque specs, and search more on DIY.. maybe there's pics floating around too.
