Widening the **** hole?

http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=132538

I ordered the little black connector part but my Mugen **** won't fit with the piece unless I widen the hole. What's the easiest and safest way to widen it?

It's annoying how Mugen parts don't fit our Hondas. I know they're made for JDM Hondas but it's still annoying.

Exactly.

The **** itself will screw on without a problem without the adaptor because there's nothing stopping the ****'s ridges. But the ridges in the **** is deep and it doesn't reach the shifter when I attach the adaptor. Therefore, I need to widen the adaptor to lower it.
