^what he said. did you tape the faces down? otherwise, they could be sticking out and preventing them from moving.
Last time I had this much fun some furniture got broken!

Thxs for the help/ Well I think they can move freely cause i can manually move them easily. Only the RPM's is working. the others move freely when i manually move em.

Did you make sure all needles were in resting position (at the low or zero points) before plugging in the cluster? I really hope you didn't move the needles with the cluster plugged in! If you did, I would try removing both green and blue plugs, make sure all the needles are down...at this point you could tap the needles up and down in their range of motion to see if you hear any scraping sound. They should be smooth. When you're done, put them all down to the resting spot and plug in the connectors. The needles will move up and down slightly for a few secs to calibrate.

big change broken. if you moved them you basically are screwed they are very touchy.
try unplugging everything and setting it down and checking everything then plug it back in and put it where it sits...upright and in place. if you cant get them to move you are screwed. take it to a dealer if all else fails and have them check it.

if they are making crunchy sounds, the needle is rubbing against the plastic face. You could try and pull the needle up or just make sure the face is on there good. It takes alot to actually mess up the needles. I've had mine off and on 50 times and they're fine except the temp gauge that sometimes goes up and down by itself
But you should be fine. Just try what I told you.
