vtec controller help

My check engine light stays on and the engine keeps bogging down after 4000 rpm does anyone have a suggestion

Will you read the sticky? It's for the vafcII, the first vafc doesn't work without diode modifications.

if it was installed with the h8a diagram will it work incorrecley and hurt the car and the controller

just follow the thread instructions exactly and it will work. That's the only diagram that works, and we added some things because apexi doesn't have the right one.
