Head lights
Hey today I was driving in the city,and I spotted a civic with cleared out head lights. But the thing is.. He had a blue Color tint on the Light. It was a 99'. Just wondering if anybody knows if it's a diy, or you have to buy them like that.

He prolly just had those ricer bulbs that reflect blue in the housing. Or maybe it's tint film. Look here www.lamin-x.com
