Dynamat or other sound dampening material

I am looking to put down Dynamat, or something like it, to decrease rattles and road noise in my Civic Coupe. I am looking for some info from someone that has done this already. What kind of issues can I expect? How hard is it to take up the carpet? Any, and I mean any, information that can be provided will be a great help to me. Thanks!

That was pretty helpful... but I am still not sure how much trouble this process will be. Does anyone know how hard it is to get the carpet up, or more importantly back down?
