saturn turn signal conversion?

In case you don't know, the newer saturns have turn signals that stay on all the time and flash when the signal is used. It's one bulb and one intensity. Now I was wondering if there is a way to wire civic turn signals so they come on with the parking lights but blink on/off when the signal is used instead of just flashing brighter. I don't have any idea how, but it won't work just by switching the bulb from 7443 to 7440. Then they will ONLY light up with signal. I want them to stay on with parking lights and then flash on/off completely when signal is used.

This is just an idea, but what if u tapped into the parking light wire and then tapped into the turn signal wire and connected the wires with a relay. That way, when the turn is turned on....the relay will kick in and give the turn signal wire a complete connection which will make the bulb blink. Its just an idea because Ive been thinkin of a way to wire my side mirrors like that where they would stay on with my parking lights and then blink with my turn signals.

Well if you just want the mirrors to blink AND stay on with lights, you just tap one wire to parking light and the other to signal (no ground). When one is on, the other acts as a ground. No need for relays. But this is different from what I want.Oh and wiring this way will make the mirror signal blink alternately with the front signal.
