Engine Light???
i recently put on HP Racing headers and cat, as well as a custom 2.5" pipe to megan muffer. Ever since then my check engine light has been on, it went off for about 5 days and came back on yesterda. i recently passed emissions with this stuff on. Any ideas as to why the light has been on, or should i just go hit up a mech and pay the 30 bucks to find out
thanks
thanks
If you can't get it to stay off try this, http://www.bigjoshracing.com/store/shop/index.html

I bought a mil elim for my 01 lx but haven't put it or the header on yet so I can't say anything from experience.

Don't you hate it when you type a long response and hit the reply button, get the white screen saying "Can't find Server" Hit the back button, and all your typing is gone ! *Cheap Dial Up*
Here is the shortened version
don't buy headers
don't buy MIL to code read, find sensor code, then MIL
Nickel Bet Sensor after cat
Have a Nice Day

definately unplug the battery so the ecu resets. you can even take out the sensor fuse in the fuse box while your at it.
i have a hi flow cat and have the same problem for months. i read a solution that goes:
1) take keys out of ignition
2) unplug sensor fuse (#15 on my 03 ex auto)
3) put key in ignition to "ACC" stage
4) take keys out
5) plug back in sensor fuse
6) light is gone (well for now it is..lol)
