NEED HELP on removing rear dash board

Ok guys, recently, the brake light on the rear dash board has been rattling wwhen i drive. Its annoying a hell, and I wanna remove it and stick some rubber padding on it so it stops vibrating.

I was looking at the rear dash the other day, and I have no clue how to get that piece of plastic out. Anyone can help me here?

Thanks.
