hey yo im trying to rotate my tires and i have a torque wrench....i looked through my manual but cant find the torquesetting? anyone know what it is? i have a 2001 4dr ex if that makes any difference. thanks

hmmm...the last time i did this was i torqued it as much as i could...don't have a torque wrench or anything...but i didn't torque it too much...just enough...i know this wasn't the exact info you were looking for..but..what the hey...

as long as you use a criss cross pattern and tighten them good then check them at about 30 miles they will be fine.

i'd say that 80 ft-lbs would be pretty good, remember to do the criss cross pattern. and remember to check them like bobbyd said.

Actually..If you read the owners manual it is 90 ft-lbs. And you should re-check them after 50 miles.

90?? My owner's manual says 80ft-lbs under the section where it talks about using the spare tire if you have a flat..
Civics have always been 80 ft-lbs. Same with Integras.

Actually...it says it in my Helms Manual.

Generally Steel wheels get about 80-90 lb/ft of torque and Alluminum wheels will get about 100lb/ft of torque
