best thing to get is some type of rust remover for bolts such as WD-40, to loosen the bolts

[QUOTE=V2Civic03] And how do i get to the bolt thats behind the power steering pump or whatever it is? [QUOTE]

Not trying to be a jerk but...

It doesnt sound like you know what you're doing enough to be attempting this install. To get to the one bolt all you need is an extension. To loosen the bolts use WD40 and something to extend the handle of the socket wrench(like an extension with a 3/8" drive so you can fit it on the handle of the wrench for more leverage) Then you need channel locks or something to take the oxygen sensor out.

but seriously you may want to rething this and/or get some help.

WD40 sucks. Use PB blaster if anything. I use schaffers penetro 90 and it works wonders.

WD40 is a "water dispersant" not a rust remover.

Try Liquid Wrench. Worked better for undoing my endlinks than WD40.

ok forget the other peoples advice.. listen to me cause i done lots of swaps...
tools needed...
air ratchet if u got 1 or use a breaker bar
impact gun for the pipe bolts or again use the breaker bar
if using breaker bar also get a ratchet
torque wrench
WD-40

ok first get the WD-40 and spray all bolts then get the air ratchet or breaker bar and remove the header bolts(dont use the impact) now once that is removed u can use the impact gun on the rest of the bolts.. once you got them out wiggle the manifold out and the o2 sensors (if eqquiped) then put ur new header on. then staring from the middle out usin a air ratchet or a regular ratchet tighten the header bolts then get the impact u must use one on the spring loaded blots unless u got muscle the tigten everything.. after ur done torque to spec then ur done rev that motor and feel the HORSEPOWER!! never torque a header bolt usin a impact gun or air ratchet

PB blaster and exact fit socket for the bolts with ratchet. All it involves is loosening the bolts. The one in the middle holding the heat shield doesn't even have to come off.

Have you seen new cars now...my father-in-laws POS PT cruiser...there is noway to work on that thing its the worst engine i ever seen to try and work on and thats not a import.

My chevy venture i had was impossible to work on. I found imports easier to work on then newer domestics...well execpt german cars those are just terrible.

dude, there are like 6 bolts and none are near a power stearing pump. The bolts that you are having probs with are the spring f*%kers. they are hard to get off somtimes. you need to order new ones because 7 out of 10 times you will bend them getting them off when they are tight.
