I put 2001 seats in my car not sure from what model but I think it is and ex. I have a 2002 EX and my SRS light came on. I have tried to reset it but it will not. A couple of times after I reset it and started up the car. The light would come on like normal then it would go off for a split second and then come back on. I am guessing that something is not connected right or the seatbelt assembly is different and not compatible.

did you disconnect your battery while doing this? it's best to do that IMO just to be safe.

I haven't taken my seats out yet at all (02).
But from what I understand very little changed in the 01-02 models.

You said you reset the SRS light, did you mean you reset the ECU , Taking battery offline for 10 mins, etc. ??

Have you tried to see if the seatbelt mechinism attached to the seat will come off, so you can use the 02 seat belt attachment ??

I may swap out the seat belt assembly if I can not get it reset
