Ok i searched, but to no avail. How do you remove the chrome peice of trim on the trunk on a sedan?

open the trunk and there should be like 3 or 4 nuts that you undo that are around in a line where the trim piece is....just take those nuts off and there you go...

Where did you get a replacement at? DId you get the color matched one?

there are 2 (8mm) nuts behind the 'H' emblem area
-on the backside of the deck-lid (inside)

there are 4 clips (2 on each side) on the trim
-you need to squeeze and push them out at the same time (do one side at a time)



if you have the color-matched one, just look at it first and then put two and two together

i got it from a member here that was shaving there trunk...so i bought the piece from them....simple replacement....
