How do I go about removing this piece which appears to be the last piece of the intake.

I haven't really looked at it yet, but I want to get an understanding before I start tearing my car apart, becuase my battery will have to come right out for this.

Obviously it is the circled green piece in the picture.

remove the rubber piece that holds the resonator and that piece, and then remove the only screw that holds it. It is held by a bracket w/ a screw. real easy

That rubber part pulls right out. There are also two screws holding it to the car frame. One near the end, and one in the middle near the fuse box.
