Need help fixing a pulley/belt related prob

I dont own my 01 coupe anymore but one of my good friends bought the obx crank pulley and the AEM tru power pulleys for his 01EX and he explained to me that hes getting a lot of squeeling while he drives and his adjusters are maxed out so that he cant tighten them anymore. i thought they may have been too tight then i told him i would post it up on here cause i know we could get some help about it. any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

and he should just measure them with string and go from there, how will i tell him what size belt to buy. arent there specific part numbers. i dont think belts come in numerical order

he will need to write down the numbers on his belts, take them to a GOOD parts store and see whats the next smaller size.
