new ECU..do i need to reflash KEY?

ive got a better than sweet deal on a transmission, so i'm doing a auto to manual swap. so i'm gettin a new ECU along with my transmission. do i need to reflash the key to get it to work? what do you guys think?

any input helps...

yes, The 4 digits in the orignial ECU must match the 4 digits in the
new ECU as well.

Yea, you have to go through dealer to get immobilzer match with key.
They will charge $50-75.

hey.. if companies are coming out with direct ecu replacement like aem and stuff.. how do we go about working with the reflash.. is the immobilizer still working or not?
