horn stopped working.

this afternoon i was forced to leave my car in this place where there was alot of heat. when i got back into my car there was some smoke.. it went away after awhile, but when i tried pressing my horn to say goodbye to my girlfriend it wasnt working...

i called honda today but they told me to call back tomorow.
do they usually charge for work on this?
i havent looked into the warranty stuff yet.

if your car is still on factory warranty, there shouldn't be a problem with honda fixing it for you.

if not, depends on if there is a service bulletin on it and if they decide to grant you good will work.

Did you check fuses under the hood?
Just take off front bumper.
Check all the plugs, make sure wires aren't short.

Shouldn't be too hard to fix.
Probably blown fuse, messed up relay, short wires.

Check if your cruise control works. I had a similar problem. A fuse went bad.
Check here
The same fuse controlled both the cruise control and the horn. Once I replaced my fuse, I got back both Horn and Cruise Control Functionality.
