InOvAtStyL is on a distinguished road
to get to the lights in the dash, you have to remove the main insert as if you were gonna change your head unit. once removin it, you'll see the different consoles in which the lights sit either under or to the sides of the consoles. To remove it, simply get a flat head screw driver and twist it out. Hope this helps answer part of your question.

Why don't you just go to a music shop and get some blue film type stuff (like the red stuff) and put that in instead of the sleeves? I think that may be cheaper.
