How do you change you power steering fluid? Do you drain it and then refill it, anyone have a DIY for this or general instructions, or do I really need to change it? I have 69,000 miles on my car, and just thought changing it might help.

I was thinking about using a turkey baster and removing all the fluid from the resovoir and then adding new fluid, nut I am assuming there is a different way.
Ghetto Power Steering Change
I use a ghetto method to change my power steering fluid.
Every month I suck out the fluid in the power steering resevoir and pour in fresh fluid. I have been doing this with all my cars for years and no problems yet. In theory, this does not give the fluid a chance to age. Power steering fluid is cheap, a power steering system is not...enjoy!
