Apexi RSM question (help please)

Okay, installed it and it works. The only thing is that the RPM monitoring on the APEXi RSM is off from the cars TACH by quite a bit. Does anyone know anything about this?

please help me.

nevermind, i found the problem. it was set of 6cyl for the car type and it was suppose to be 4. This can be deleted if need be.

ya my shift light was the same way. there were three wire loops in the back. one for 8 cyl, 6 cyl, and 4 cyl. i had the same problem with it not working and i found i had to cut the 8cyl and 6cyl wires for it to work properly.
