Any suggestions on what injector size I should upgrade to: I am in the process of doing some engine upgrades, but I have not fully decided what I will be doing:

Using E-manage

I have these 3 options in front of me, each one more money, but more power
:

1.) P&P Head, 74mm Throttle Body, Intake Manifold, OBX Header, OBX Cold Air Intake, & OBX 2.5' Cat back Exhaust.

2.) P&P Head, 74mm Throttle Body, Intake Manifold, SF Turbo at 9-10 Psi Max with 5 psi min & OBX 2.5' Cat back Exhaust.

3.) P&P Head with DH regrind turbo cam, 74mm Throttle Body, Intake Manifold, DH Built Shortblock, SF Turbo 18 Psi Max with 10 psi Min & OBX 2.5' Cat back Exhaust.

I am still deciding what to do, but whatever I do, I will need to change the stock injectors and I can't seem to figure out what ones to go to. I am guessing; 1 - 310's, 2 - 440's, and 3 - 550's. Maybe bigger?

Any Suggestions?

Another question, aparently the AEM Cam gear doesn't fit properly for our car (ask Gearbox). Does anyone know of another cam gear that was designed for the D17? Should I change my timing belt when I change the cam gear, or is the stock one good for a while, I have 9000 miles on my 2001 EX.

440cc are the biggest you will need on boost bc after 9-10lbs you will need some new internals and 550cc

Thanks for the info Spider, I plan on getting some internals, but not yet. Can I still run the 550's without dammage until I get the built engine?

you can run any size injectors you want however you have to have the engine managment to control them

Do you know if the stock rsx injectors are a direct replacement?

Which RC injectors would be good for stock internals and what modifications are needed for these to fit?

Where/who are you planning on getting the intake manifold from? I have yet to find one that fits our cars with 100% certainty.

Still waiting on Opto for the RSX injector size fitting, I think he is getting them flow tested at the moment.

The IM is from DH-Racing, and I am told it will fit with the SF turbo system without modfication of any turbo piping.

I wonder if it actualy works since the PCU controls the timimg.
What happens when trying to advance or retard the timing using the gear?
Will the PCU compensate for it?

soo since the rsx injectors fit.. then in i guess some aftermarket rsx injectors would fit too. so i guess that means we have ALOT more options.

Aftermarket RSX injectors don't just fir right in either on an RSX, the clips have to be wired. Not just plug & Play.

Sorry, RSX injectors fit in our Civics, but 'AFtermarket' injectors for an RSX like RC ones, don't just clip right in on an RSX, the clips need to be cut & attached.
