Here are some pics of me racing a timed little road course. It was my second time to do this. No engine mods just running stock. Faster time for me was 53.276. There were all kinds of different cars out there racing. Fastest time was a BMW M3 running like a 45 something. That thing was FAST!!!!!! My buddy raced his Jetta 1.8T. He has a chip bumping his HP to 200 and I ran 1 sec slow than him. We are going to race a 1.8 mile track thats here in Hallet Oklahoma soon. Do any of you race? Hope I uploaded these pics right...

Rep Power: 0 If his jetta had 200 ponies he would kill you in a straight line, but the course that you are talking about is a driver's challenge road course, I say this because the same car with two different drivers will yield two different results.

Rep Power: 0 I dont think that too many people would reccomend doing this with the stock breaks and suspension, even though they are good.

Rep Power: 0 Hell ya it was a blast out there. I forgot to even know how long the track was. There were like 159 entries out there. There were several other civics out there. It was only $18 bucks to get 4 timed runs and $13 for another 4 more. I havent done ANY mods to my car. The stock suspension feels great. It wasnt to bad on the understeer. It handles really well. I am going to do somethign with the suspension, but I havent decided exactly what. I figured seeing as many civics modified as I do that there would be more out there Auto Xing. I cant wait to run that 1.8 mile track thats going to be sweet. They are having some track runs in Dec I think so Ill be sure and get pics and get up for you guys to check out. Heres a pic of that 1.8 mile track If you are interested in doing those Auto Xs just search in your area on the web for some local associations.
