Side Airbag Sensors Question, please help ASAP

Side Airbag Sensors Question, please help ASAP
Alright...
Im picking up a set of RSX type-s seats either tomorrow or sunday from a guy locally. The only thing is that he removed the side airbag sensors in the passenger seat (top and lower back only). He is keeping those so he can mount them under the seat of his new seats (he's swapping in EP3 seats, non side airbag) so his light will go off and it will all be good.
My question is: Should I just take out the sensors from my civic side airbags and remount them in my passenger RSX seat or what? I belive the sensors are the same and my friend that is a honda-tech said he can help me put them back in.
Im paying $550 for the entire set (front and rear leather). It has taken me forever to find a local guy...
