Anyone have the DIY for clearing headlights?

I've been searching for the DIY on clearing the headlights but the thread seems to have vanished. If someone has the DIY please post it here. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys, i got 99 civic ex, and i love all these diy's but im not sure if things are the same on my car, also those freakin little clips, i cant figure out how to remove them, see i need to get under the bumper to pull the rest of the stock intake out but i like busted the one clip i tried, any advice? Also, does anybody know of any 6th civic sites? If not i can probably just mess with it till i figure it out. Thanks
