I drive almost all highway miles... the car gets 39 to the gallon, how much better could you possibly get?
I don't see this doing much more than pissing the engine off.

Also, Civics can burn "the cheap stuff" so thats what I buy to save money.

Rep Power: 0 Not to be mean or anything. But a few weeks ago there was a post on The 7th gen VTEC system. The 7th gen EXs have the VTEC-E system. The HXs have VTEC-E lean burn. The change over comes in at 2500 RPMs. If you have an intake and exhuast and you listen carefully you can kinda hear the switch. The whole point of the VTEC systems in these cars is to save gas. If you are cruising at 70 mph you will be in "VTEC" range. That, I found out is part of the reason why the VAFC won't work. And also I did disconnect the VTEC silonoid once and the CEL did come one. I just wanted to see what would happen. The acceleration sucked *** in first gear and in second gear the engine cut out at 4000RPMs.

Rep Power: 0 I get around 37-38 on 89 octane gas from walmart. Sometimes get on it and sometimes I dont. Just like boilermaker said, dont messwith the computer unless you want the computer to mess with you. I believe honda goes out on the road to test gas milage. The wind tunnel is to test the aerodynamics of the car. Not the gas milage.
