It is a specific manny tranny fluid that has the same viscosity has 10W-30 motor oil but don't use it unless it is an emergency.
The factory fill holds its own but if you're going to change, my numero uno recommendation would be to go with Redline MTL. This stuff is great and will make your tranny very happy. I'm changing mine to MTL at the next oil change which will be in a couple of weeks.
