Rear Spring/Strut Install Question

Well I just took off my Rear Tein and when Im putting the OEM unit back on, the suspension hangs lower than where it needs to bolt on. Both sides of the car are jacked up. How can I get the suspension to line up with the bottom bolt (the one u need to push on one side of).

Thanks

Do you need to use a spring compressor when putting them back on? I got the top nut on but I didnt crank it down all the way before I tried putting the struts back on.

Like he said above a big pry bar, if you wheel is on a easy way is to use a large board under the tire as a lever. I dont recall it being to difficult to get it lined up. This is asssuming that you are saying the suspension is hanging lower than the strut. if its the other way around just push down on the tire to lower the suspension down to the strut.

Are you talking about teh center nut? If so yes it needs to be tight.

Greasing it up helps too. If you havn't already done it, just spray some wd-40, so when you hitting it, it slides easier.
