Synthetic ATF ??

Synthetic ATF ??
I just have my car turboed. I noticed the tranny cannot shift as smooth as before. I searched the info about Synthetic ATF, and mostly said I should stay with honda's ATF. But, I thought i need the synthetic ATF to protect my tranny since my car is turboed. Just want to hear about you guy's opinion. Also, is B&M Synthetic ATF good or bad?? THx
