About to Clean the Throttle Body..

Hey ya'll..i was wondering..I'm about to clean the throttle body with some throttle body cleaner spray, but I was wondering, do I just spray the stuff on the butterfly and on the sides of the throttle bay..? Is it better that I use a toothbrush as well..and what do I have to be careful on (watch out for sensors,? should I disconnect the sensor going into the air filter box? My car really seems to losing acceleration power..and I wanted to use this method to clean everything out...have you guys done this..and what should I watch out for..? sorry so many questions..i just haven't done this yet..

MangoEX should not be trusted
Make sure you dont let anything fall in between the butterfly plate... spray the stuff on there, let it sit for a minute, then start the car and let it get sucked down and burn off.. then repeat process til can is used up. thats the way ive done it.
