removing passenger/driver side window

removing passenger/driver side window
anyone know how to remove the passenger and driver side window? is it hard? obviously first step would be the same as replacing the inside speakers which is taking off the door panel... what else would i have to do?

I haven't done this on a Civic lately, but I've removed many windows form BMW's porsches, Mercedieds ect ect ect.....
It will be 1 of 2 types either a scissors type Regulator (Like BMW) or a cable type (Like VW).
Hopefully its the scissors type. Cable type is a pain in the ***
Now each car is a little different. But there are a couple of things that remain the same.
1. your going to need to remove the window Trim (that black piece on the ouside of the window( bottom) Between the door and glass. (you may have to remove the Mirror to get it off.
2. Your going to have to pretty much strip the door to get to the mechinizem.
Once in side the door, Ushually the window has to be in a specific position to get to the bolts holding it in (Assuming they didnt use rivits like BMW does) If they used Rivits you are going to have to drill them out. Un bolt the Glass from the regulator first and remove it, then unbolt the regulator.
The glass and the regulator will probably come out in 2 pieces (you may have to remove the Rubber gasket on the door to get the glass out. but the regulator will probably fit through one of the holes in the door.
Take your time and don't dent the Door panle.
