New interior DIY

So I started to recover my interior with vinyl and realized how much of an idiot
I was for starting this project. This has to be the hardest DIY that I have tried. Putting an LCD in the dash was ten times easier. So anyways does anyone have any suggestions on how I could make this any easier. Plus this is the first time I EVER touched a sewing machine. I saw a while ago that someone else did it and they said it was tedious, but not hard, so if your out there please help.

Thanks

I put white vinyl in place of the grey carpet trim on the door panels. Ended up taking it off cause the white discolored already. Vinyl is easy to work with. Just cut with scissors and use 3M spray glue. ALLMAN actually has a DIY for it somewhere. I don't know what you're doing exactly.

Hey try theses sites...............3M adhesive is allright but I would suggest getting one of those airless sprayguns or brushing on some UV resistant adhesive

www.discountfoamproducts.com/category_table.htm
www.upholstery-fabric.com

Good Luck!!

Try this one too, They have some pretty cool colors in the Marine Vinyl section, and it would be UV protected so it won't fade as quick.
