hey rodscivic, my hood had the same problem, sat higher on one side dew to a wreck awile back, what I did was the shop where I bought it from took it to a body shop that does custom work and they got it to fit on the car, try taking it to a body shop that works with custom cars.

VIS uses a low quality K count, they mass produce their hoods/trunks, so they don't put as much time into the fitment/quality of the product.
For example, my FI trunk that I ordered 2 weeks ago hasn't even been shipped to me because Fiber Images is still MAKING it. This item is not a premade product.
