Installing a REVO . .question?

Ok. Apparantly to help with the "suaveness" of the shifter I have to apply some grease to a few of the moving areas on the shifter. On the instructions it says to use silicone dielectric compound. The only thing I have is wheel ball bearing grease. Can I use that? or should I run to the store and get some of this other stuff?

Ok. . I'll run up to Home Depot. Which section do I find this stuff in? I've never bought it. Is it even at Home Depot? Will they know what I'm talking about if I just say Silicon grease, or do I have to say silicone dielectric compound? Thanks. .

Auto parts is your best bet. Same stuf is used in some ignitions and in bulb sockets to reduce corrosion.
