Should I be cautious of grounding kit?

I just put my kit in and I read some stuff on the DIY thread about how Honda manufactured everything in our cars for a reason . Now I've messed with plenty of things they didnt intend people to mess with but what implications, if any, am I looking at with this mod? I just dont want to turn my car on one day and find all my bulb harnesses burned out or something, so.. whats the wrost that could happen and whats the probability of it?

Nothing will happen. I actually switched the position of the wire going to the valve cover. It goes to the left first, and then I have smaller gauge wire going to the other plugs. Seems to have made a better difference. The whole kit is worth it and won't really hurt anything. It just provides better grounding. I'll post a pic later of what mine looks like.
