My search results for "headlight aim" came up with the answer in at least 5 different threads.

the aiming mech. is on the back of your light housing. you need a flatheadand 10 feet between you and the wall. probably have to take your bumper off though! maybe even have to take off your lights.

You don't need to take off the bumper.
All you need to do is pop your hood.
Look behind your headlight cluster.
Theres spots to fit in a screwdriver to meet the bolts at a 90 degree angle. I recommend using a phillips (+), not a flathead.
With the philips, it fits into the teeth of the gears and makes turning easier.
