K24 swaps
Hey guys,
I need some help. My dad is working on his Honda CRV, 2002. He has the K24 engine in it and I was wondering if the intake manifold and throttle body from an Acura TSX would bolt right in. He has and AEM short ram intake and a full tanabe catback on. The power gain felt great after resetting the ecu. But since he and I are related, it just aint enough. So any advice would be greatly appreciated.
P.s.
It feels great to spank other cars at lights when they dont expect anything. They just think its a truck with a muffler on.

if i install a mil eliminator (big josh racing 15$) wouldn't it affect the performance of my engine? would it be better to go get jotec to reprogram my ecu. im thinking that if the engine is set a certine way that installing an 02 simulator will not actually make a difference in performance. but will just turn the light off.

a mil eliminator will not work with the civic.
you MUST get a o2 simulator if you removed your cat.
it'll get rid of the check engine light and you will still gain performance. There's no restriction in that location of the pipe, so better air flow is present. Your ECU will just think the cat is still there and therefore wont goto its 'safe' fuel map.
