99 accord headlight help

99 accord headlight help My moms car is a 99 accorod ex v6. one of the low beams went, so i decided to get the silverstar bulbs to replace both of them. My question is that there is a little black cover on the left head light, does anybody know to to remove that 
im gonna go fumble with it see if I can get it out. Its a sedan btw.

Rep Power: 0 i called honda, i say may i speak with a technition. Theres like NO. The guy who answered the phone is like, ya i have an accord, just remove whatever is in the way. I think I have to move the airbox out of the way, please guys respond, its going to be dark soon, and I have no garage
