as for me, 87 octance 'cause i hear anything higher is actually harder for an econo box to ignite.

well I used to use 87 then swapped to 93 to see if there was a difference, I noticed better gas mileage. I gained an extra 20 or so miles to my tank. I went back to 87 and it ran like crap for a few tanks then back to normal. Now that the gas prices are starting to go down again I'm gonna run 93. I burns cleaner and I figure if I'm gonna have my car for a long time, why not give it the best.

Dont Get ARCO its not really gas.. They have corn oil in it and other weird stuff.. It like pooring moonshine in your gas tank.. BE WARNED.

I use chevron 87 and a bottle of techron once a month.

i dunno guys.. i've acutally compared an 87 to an 89.. my mileage improved about 30-50 miles... i've tried it with the same driving habits.. try it... of course i don't have the scientific explanation but i since than i've always used the 89..
