Question Quick foglight help.....

Ok I gota basic set of round/oval yellow foglights for my sedan for pretty much free from a friend. The problem is, its missing the switch, he said when he got it it was missing, they were never installed. So, can I just buy an basic kind of electrical switch for these from an autoparts store, etc? IS there any type specifically? Thanks guys. It tried searching and I cant find any type of install help or DIY besides the OEM style fogs and that doesnt help me since these are aftermarket . Thanks for all the help.

you can use any type of on/off switch, that is, if it just has a regular power/ground plugs to it. I know some fog lights have different set ups, it all depends. If you dont want to use a switch, you can always hardwire them to your parking light or that little light so that they come on when you turn on your parking/little light.

Well, if you could post a pic of them, we might be able to dig up some info on them. What's the brand? Did it come with the wiring and mounting hardware to hook them up? What does the wires/plug that goes to the switch look like? How many wires and what colors?
We need more info!
