I have a 2002 SI-G Coupe and I am looking into getting a 2003 console & armrest for it and swapping it out. The new console has a MUCH BETTER armrest than the old 2002 model and it has more storage and a nice lid for the cupholders.

The question is, will it fit? Can I just swap them?

And does anybody have a 2003 console with a manual Tranny? Does the new armrest get in the way at all? It looks low & long enough to be supportive and not in the way.

Any feedback would be appreciated

The G just means it has the Group option package. Alot of people probably have an Si-G and dont even know it The car isnt actually labeled Si-G on the back, but on your bill of sale it will tell you for sure.

Im looking to buy a 2003 console with the new larger armrest probably from the dealer. I will be keeping the old one incase I need to sell the car to somebody who wants the origional one for the car.

oh, so your car is just the same as the US 2001 Civic EX? i would trade you, if you threw in some other car parts. what do you have to offer?

the e-brake looks shorter on the 2003...
