i was looking on ebay and i saw a "race chip" for our civic. has anyone actually bought one? i was reading the guys feedback and people said that is was a .50 cent piece that you can buy at radioshack. and does about how much HP does it give you(says +20. who are they kidding?)

lol, i was actually looking at that thing on ebay the other day. Its like 5$ or something. I looked at his numerous feedback's and they said there is a slight increase. I remember reading it and it said something about cold air, or whatnot. I just know it was really cheap, but hey, with all that feedback and a slight difference not bad. I couldnt seem to find it when I did a search on e-bay just now . I also wanted to know if anyone has tried it and if it really works.
