Hey guys... I have a 99 si and im going to be buying some headers Intake and a catback system. My question is... I was looking at the stainless DC 4:2:1 DC Sports HHS5504B Exhaust Header - CarDomain and was wondering how hard of an install this will be. I know it comes with the hardware, and just bolts on. But what all do I have to take off, to have enough room to work with? Also, which Catback do you guys suggest for this setup?

As Long As You Have Some Kind Of Mechanical Know How You Will Be Alright, As Fas As Exhaust I Would Go With Apexi N1 Catback

Cool thanks. I have plenty of mechanical know how, I was just wondering if I would have to take some **** out in order to have enough room to install the headers.

the radiator fans i believe will give you enough clearence if you buy a one piece header... if you buy two piece header, you shouldn't have to move anything.. jsut make sure you ahve 02 sensor wrenches and anytime you work on exhaust, use LOTS of penetrating oil or wd40 about 10 minutes before you start on ALL exhasut bolts you intend on removing.

Oh Yea Good Call On That 02 Sensors Are A Bitch And They Arent On The Cheap Side Of The Price Spectrum, Personally I Love The Pb Rust Penetrant Its In A White Can With Yellow Lettering Its Just Called Pb Rust Penetrant Its Bad ***!
