I recently bought an HID kid off Crutchfeild but i am concerned about moisture getting into the headlights. Where can i find the rubber gaskets to keep out the moisture??

Re: HID kit help

It's not a rubber gasket. It's this stuff called 3M windoweld. It's basically OEM stuff that is used by the manufacturer

Re: HID kit help

For almost all HID bulbs, there should be a rubber seal on the HID bulb already.

That does absolutely nothing if he has a hole about 2inches in diameter, like i do

He is talking about moisture getting into the the headlight area itself

A a few of my cars I just cut the oem rubber cover to fit onto the bulb, not sure if that would work in your particular case though
