97 honda civic squeaking problems
hey everyone i have a 97 honda civic si i believe, and when i turn the wheel and come to a stop it makes a bad squeaky squeaky noise, if anyone has any opinions on what it could be that would be appreciated, thanks!

Time for some new brake pads. Do it quick before your brakes fail and you end up smashing into a semi.

brake pads?? Are you sure? because when i turn the wheel it squeaks and even when i push down on the hood it makes a squeaky noise or even get in my car.

That might be a ball joint. You should have a shop check it as it is dangerous.

Ok, so if it were the ball joints is that an expensive fix or no ?

not if you do it yourself . have a friend push up and down on the car so you can pinpoint were its coming from.
