Re: seat help
name brand seats come with their own sliders that will bolt right in (sparco, corbeau, etc). other generic or cheaper seats that are "universal" are a pain to put in and often need custom brackets designed. you can very rarely use the stock bracket with a new seat. a pretty close fit for direct bolton is the civic SI ep3 hatch seats (not 06+ si) and also the rsx cloth and leather seats. three holes match perfectly, the fourth is slightly off center so you have to drill the seat bracket a bit wider to fit. those seats are also heavier than our stock civic seats. the rsx leathers are over 50 lbs, almost double. side airbags add weight too.

Re: seat help
well the only ones lighter than stock are something like corbeau. the A4 is only 25 lbs and is fully reclinable and has adjusting seat bracket. its not quite as soft as stock, but it has better support and still good comfort. sparco full adjustable seats are about the same weight as stock near 30 lbs. this 5-10 lbs of weight isnt really gonna do much tho. the lighter seats around 20 lbs and lower are very stiff and usually not for daily driving. most also do not recline at all.
