i have jdm b18b that doesn't idle correctly. when its cold it idles at 2500rpms like normal then it goes up to 3200rpms then back down to 800rpms. the idle surges badly. i have replaced the map sensor, o2 sensor, cleaned the aic valve and the throttle body and it still does it. any advice, i really appreciate it.

Do you have a fast idle valve on the throttle body? If so, try cleaning and adjusting it:

try that and also it could be the tps sensor gone bad. so you may need a new (or used) throttle body.
