Need advice please, just bought a civic!

Okay I just bought a 1999 Honda Civic Si and its my first car (i'm 21)

I'm rather proud of it and would love some advice,
I understand I can't modify the motor so much because its a d16y8..
but I do want to get a Ractive™ Fireball Style Slant Cut Tip Muffler
and a nice cold air intake so it purrs nice hah

I find silver is okay but It just looks so damn plain.. any ideas.. I'm going to get rims for it but I don't know if 17's will fit on it.. and I have a bit of rust on the hood and a paint peeling off on a door.. how do I repair that? (what could I buy)

I want to also replace the "si" tag in the back and get a red "SiR" where could I get that tag? LOL!

Also want to change the lights in the back and front if possible to something cooler... where do I go for that?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as you guys know much about civics than I do..

I'm from Toronto, Ontario.

One thing for sure I'm a PROUD owner of a civic now

Heres some pics:

Ok first off if its not an sir then why get the badging, secondly stay away from ractive its garbage just save and do 1 thing at a time like aem or weapon r intake for a nice purr, then a good catback exhaust like dc sport, apexi, tanabe, rs*r or if ur strapped for cash megan racing, then go for headers like a dc sport 4-1 or 4-2-1 header. Work on suspension like lowering springs and performance shocks and struts, strut braces and sway bar, then worry about everything after this

Get off the site if you drive a mustang. Join some a d*ck sucking mustang site if you wanna talk about how small your ***** is and how you need to drive a mustang to make up for it. My hatch would probably spank your mommy and daddy bought mustang like Ike Turner smacks Tina.
