Coolant drip

I recently topped off coolant in 99 civic and shortly afterwards I noticed drips of coolant under car(not much)I checked resovoir and noticed I had filled it about inch above full when car is running,,,,could this be overfill runoff of some type or should I check further,,,,,

Slightly above full should not cause an over fill (maybe you spilled some though ?)

I would keep a close eye on it.

thanks will do,,jacked up car underneath inspected no noticeable leaks hopefully just a spill,,thanks for help
