Low budget...advice Hey i dont have that much money to spend so i was wondering some cheap ways to make my '95 honda civic ex (red) gain some horsepower, performance, and looks

thanks saving up is true... maybe im getting ahead of myself a little... but ya ill look into the header springs and rims too but i should wait till i can work full time next summer

oh yea, forgot to say, learn how to drive first, before u mod, and please, dont say "i know how to drive" cuz u dont, ur 16, u have no idea how to drive
